Role Description

This is a full-time, hands-on role for a Software Engineering Manager at Maitsys in Madurai. The Software Engineering Manager will oversee software development, leading a team, software design, project management, and distributed systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

• Software Development, Software Design, and Distributed Systems
• Experience in React, Node.js, react native
• Hands-on experience in Application development, Mobile development
• Team Leadership and Project Management
• Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with project planning and execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
