Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NET Software Engineer at Workassist located in Chennai. As a NET Software Engineer, you will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, and programming. You will use your skills in object-oriented programming (OOP) to develop and maintain software applications that meet the needs of our platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking .NET Desktop Application Developers with experience creating and maintaining software products to join our Product Development team in Chennai, India

• Strong knowledge of the .NET framework and associated technologies.
• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and related IDE.
• Knowledge of relational database systems and MS SQL databases.
• Design, Code, and Test new Windows Software applications
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement
• Evaluate system performance. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
• Familiarity with accessibility, and usability.
• Create technical specifications, test plans, and report application specifics
• Be well-informed of technology trends
• Customize applications
• Debug applications
• Execute bug and performance test.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science, Back-End Web Development, and Software Development
• Strong programming skills
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with .NET framework is a plus
