What You'll Do
- Build clean, efficient APIs for customer integrations, along with comprehensive documentation.
- Develop, scale, and maintain robust infrastructure.
- Ensure security across the stack, focusing on encryption, hashing, privacy, and VPC configurations.
- Implement infrastructure as code by creating Terraform scripts for seamless infra replication across regions.
- Oversee production deployments, logging, and monitoring.
- Establish and manage on-call processes.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.

About You
- You have experience building systems from the ground up (0 to 1 or 1 to 10) and are proficient with Typescript/NodeJS.
- Your work experience is more important than your CVside projects, open-source contributions, or blogs are highly valued.
- You understand the essentials of API and secure system development and can take ownership of the tech stack end-to-end.
- Previous experience with early-stage startups and a strong bias for action are essential.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs is a plusespecially if you've explored various models and understand issues like hallucinations and token optimization.
