Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Work from Home (Pune)
Key Responsibilities:
- ITSM & SPM Expertise: Develop, configure, and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- ITOM Discovery & CMDB Management: Oversee the discovery processes and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Clean up existing integrations to improve data quality and reliability.
- Technical Debt Remediation: Identify and address technical debt within the ServiceNow environment, streamlining processes and enhancing performance.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation. Provide training and support to team members and end-users as needed.
Top Skills Required:
1. ITSM: Strong experience with IT Service Management best practices and ServiceNow module implementations.
2. SPM: Proficiency in Service Portfolio Management to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. ITOM Discovery & CMDB: Expertise in IT Operations Management, including setting up and managing discovery processes and maintaining a reliable CMDB.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Proven experience with integration tools and APIs within ServiceNow.
