Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Stack Technologies: Visual Studio, C#, .Net
- Ability to use Sumo and other cloud performance tools to identify consumers of larger amounts of resources in a Multi-Tenant Amazon Cloud environment.
- Experience with SQL DB, SQL locking and SQL query analyser.
- Comfortable with modern development concepts: OOP, CI/CD, SOLID, TDD, API-First
- Database server development and performance experience (SQL)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of work experience
Essential Duties:
- Work as part of a team that researches, maintains, and enhances a large ERP cloud suite application.
- Work with DEVOPS and technical support reviewing Sumo logs, SQL Traces, and other tools to pro-actively identify application performance issues.
- Triage, develop, maintain, and test software applications using various technologies including C#, visual studio, and SQL DB.
- Exercise judgment within generally defined procedures, practices, and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for an ERP application.
- Desire to learn and adapt to the latest technologies.
- Maintain a commitment to providing the best experience possible for Infor customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with cloud development concepts: multi-tenancy, microservices, SRE elasticity (scaling up/down), high availability AND automation.
- ERP software experience
- Experience working with JackDB
- Experience working in a Gov Cloud environment (SPLUNK).
- Agile Development Experience
- Amazon Web Services Experience
- Experience pulling and analysing Sumo data
- Experience with Grafana Enterprise
- Web Service Application ASP.NET 4.6+ and Web Tools
- Previous experience with multi-threading functionality
- Git code control (using Oxford)
