We are looking for a talented and innovative Technical Anchor to lead our Data Engineering Team focused on operational excellence initiatives.
As a Technical Anchor, you will drive the technical strategy, design, and implementation of data solutions that optimize operational processes and enhance efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Data Engineering Team in designing and implementing data solutions that support operational excellence initiatives and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, analyze data, and develop innovative data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise in data engineering, data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration to support operational optimization efforts.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data analytics solutions, and data quality frameworks to streamline operational workflows and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor operational KPIs and track the impact of data-driven initiatives.
Mentor team members, foster a culture of technical excellence, and promote best practices in data engineering and operational optimization.
Skills Required
Overall 10+ years of experience which includes experience in data engineering, data architecture, and operational excellence initiatives, with a deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with data processing frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Management role including running queries and compiling data for analytics
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data design, data architecture and data modeling (both transactional and analytic)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Java
Exposure to UI like Qliksense, Angular is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with GCP cloud platform and data warehousing solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading technical teams and driving operational excellence initiatives.
