A Salesforce developer should be able to handle the client's problems and manage all their peers. n
nShould be able to monitor regular updates in Salesforce which needs to be monitored frequently. n
nCreating team meetings to get updates on the work or the status of the ongoing project in the organization. n
nMust be able to provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. n
nTake care of requirement gatherings, produce functional analysis and facilitate customer workshops, etc. n
nAble to communicate with different project managers and clients and ensure efficient participation in all the different phases of development from development to testing to hyper care. n
nSalesforce application analysis and troubleshooting experiences is must.
nRequirements
nHands-on experience and good knowledge on any one of these: Service Cloud / Sales cloud and Community / Experience cloud. n
nMin 3 Years of Hands-on coding experience on Apex, Trigger, LWC and Aura component, SOQL, process builder, workflow, Flows and Salesforce Security. n
nGood experience on JavaScript is preferred. n
nGood experiences on Salesforce custom component design and development using LWC and API integration is must. n
nWorking Knowledge of CI/CD will be preferred. n
nSalesforce PD1 certification is preferred. n
nGood verbal & written skills required to interact with international clients n
nIndependent and individual contributor n
nTeam player with strong analytical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce Ecosystem.
