We're looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our Information Technology Team. This is a hybrid role based out in Bangalore, India reporting to the Director, Integrations and Applications
You Will Be Responsible For
- As a Developer you'll work across functionally with business operations and business analysts to create workflow processes. Your daily activities include supporting project planning and communication for RPA projects.
- Partner with business analysts and developing functional specifications and design along with developing; understand and use functional specifications; analyze and observe processes to document process steps, interdependencies and applications used to complete transactions and develop automation solutions based on our goals.
- Building, testing, delivering, and maintaining robotic automation capabilities using UiPath software will be required. Integrate multiple technologies and applications to create comprehensive process automation while ensuring process efficacy and stability is critical to all our project successes.
- Process Assessment: Collaborate with team members to identify and assess processes for RPA opportunities, ensuring they align with our goals and automation best practices.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, maintain and including design, architecture documents, troubleshooting and user guides.
- Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following best practices in software development and RPA.
- Test and Debugging: Conduct testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure and error-free automation solutions.
- Support: monitor and evaluate deployed solutions to help in maintainability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for live RPA solutions.
- Learn and Improve: Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices to improve the automation framework.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of overall software development experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath preferred).
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, .NET, Java, or similar. Experience with SQL database and developing and consuming APIs.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certified with UiPath Automation Developer level or higher.
- Design develop and implement, efficient, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Experienced in working in a CoE setup.
