Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer Recruiter at Workassist. As a Software Engineer Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for software engineering positions, evaluating technical skills and qualifications, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the selection process. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, providing guidance on career opportunities and market trends, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science principles and concepts
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate technical skills and qualifications
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
