We are a funded B2B SaaS startup and are re-imagining how companies use sales incentives to motivate their employees. We are removing the ambiguity and grunt-work behind incentive calculation, and allowing companies to experiment with plans that actually work for their employees.
We are looking for an experienced front end developer to ensure that our web application is in-your-face-awesome. Do you have both a passion and critical eye for design, both technical and visual Do you excel at working with the front of front end web applications, easily delving into the depths of the UI If so, youre what were looking for to help build great user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create accessible, user-centric web experiences
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers and engineers of other disciplines
- Build high impact, end user features that vastly improve user productivity
- Design, develop and maintain components as part of a larger design system
- Bridge the gap between UX design and engineering
- Write thoughtful, high quality code
- Be a technical project owner, driving projects from kickoff to completion
- Set direction and standards for the entire product
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or commensurate experience
- 1+ years experience in building and architecting ReactJS applications
- Strong skills in our technology stack: Typescript, Javascript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, SCSS
- Deep understanding of mobile-first, accessible and responsive design
- Experience creating complex web applications that are scalable, manageable and performant
- Experience writing automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous team environment
