Assist executive leadership in understanding requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions and integration solutions.
Work in collaboration with stakeholders to collect their requirements and convert them into technical specifications and estimations of effort.
Be a trusted technical advisor to the wider technology team, management, and business.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data governance, reporting, security & AI strategies.
Provide direction and support to the project team.
Documentation and knowledge sharing between teams, demo unique solutions to other teams.
Creation of diagrams and flowcharts for delivered solutions.
Execute the development of Salesforce applications or enhancements that meet provided acceptance criteria.
Develop applications and write code using Visualforce & Lightning Components, Apex Controllers, Triggers, test classes, SOQL, Flows and Callouts following SSDLC standards.
Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, code review and provide tier 3 support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations.
Design solutions from inception to go-live with a rapid go-to-market mentality
Perform data analysis to maintain and govern high quality of data stores
Optimize code base for performance, efficiency , and reuse
Lead team members in solution development.
Adhere to code standards in code creation, check in, review and versioning process.
Conduct unit testing to ensure quality delivery to the client.
Stay up to date about Salesforce product and development technologies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
College degree in management information systems, computer science or equivalent work experience.
Relevant certifications, with those in Salesforce Administrator, Designer and Developer tracks preferred.
12+ years of development experience with a Bachelor s degree; 8 years and a Master s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce configuration & architecting in Sales and Marketing clouds as well as the Force.com platform.
Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud development experience using Flows, Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Components, Triggers, test classes, SOQL
Deep understanding of Salesforce concepts such as use of Campaigns, Lead conversion, Opportunity lifecycle, Account & Contact management
Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery
Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning
Ability to assess unusual circumstances and use sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify cause
Experience with SFDC administrative tasks such as creating Profiles, Roles, setting field level security, etc.
