Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electronics / Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 4+ years experience in building datastore solutions
- Proven knowledge of Object-Oriented programming languages (e.g. Python)
- Experience in translating business requirements into logical data models and to create technical design specifications.
- Understanding of developing modern reporting frameworks.
- Hands on experience developing ETL processes loading Data Warehouses/Data Marts (Informatica is a bonus)
- Knowledge / Experience with Cloud Native technologies on at least one of the major cloud services providers (AWS preferable) MWAA, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Anthos, Kubernetes, ECR, Kafka, DbT, Datadog, Moogsoft, Git, Bitbucket, Control-M, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience with building a complete full-stack solution
- Build automation tools to support CI/CD pipeline
- Scripting capability to support DevOps and Quality Engineering work
- Unit and functional testing
- Git source control
- Databases & SQL skills using Oracle, Snowflake or other relevant database technologies. Exposure to a Data Warehousing platform like Snowflake
- Backend architectures understanding including integration patterns.
