We are looking for a highly motivated TechLead with hands on experience in Full Stack Development (Tech stack: MEAN / MERN)

Responsibilities:
- Work involves all aspects of software development lifecycle - Design, code, test, deploy, maintain, enhance, and support for the product being developed.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend optimal technical solutions.
- Developing technical specifications and architecture
- Develop application modules independently through Writing clean, testable code meeting the coding & quality standards.
- Task reprioritize based on technical feasibility and business needs.
- Be a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
- Conduct and participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
- Produce necessary technical documentation as per the project requirements.
- Provide product demo to potential customers.
