Job Description

Minimum of overall 8+ years programming experience building n-tier web applications with tools such as AEM or similar CMS,
Must have experience in advanced HTML, JavaScript, Java, OSGi, CSS, APIs, JSON data, Ajax, and XSL.
3+ years working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap, and frameworks like AngularJS and ReactJS
3+ years experience in hands-on development in Java working with and building highly responsive and highly scalable web applications
3+ years of backend service layer development and integration with tools such as Java, Node.js, Spring, REST APIs, and Open Source technologies.
3+ years working with AEM or similar Content Management System.
Well-versed with best practices for designing responsive web applications.
Well-versed with the latest trends in the web and mobile space.
Familiar with UI (functional), JavaScript, and Java unit testing and performance testing tools.
Exposure with Jenkins or similar continuous integration tools, SVN, or similar source code management systems.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile).
Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures.
Strong ability to understand client expectations and resolve issues that may affect delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Strong ability to mentor, coach, and train lower-level programmer analysts.
Experience in full-stack development, using server-side (Java) and client-side (JavaScript) programming languages.
Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.
