nThe Senior Software Engineer, SAP SuccessFactors HXM/IAS/LMS Technical Analyst will be responsible for managing the Workday integrations team. This role will be responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and support of our SAP SuccessFactors HCM Platform (LMS, HXM Suite, IAS). This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the Platform meets the organization's training and development needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and a passion for optimizing learning technology solutions.n

nKey Responsibilities

• nConfigure and maintain the LMS, HXM Suite and IAS, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and system integrations
• nDevelop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track training progress and effectiveness. (Plateau Report Designer)
• nLead/Support LMS Integrations with external/internal platforms via API's, OOB Connectors, etc. - ServiceNow, LinkedIn, Veevan
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
• nGood/Basic understanding of Validation Process and Robotic Process Automationn
• Assist and take agile approach with Platform releases (patches, upgrades, off cycle releases)
  • nReview Release Notes
  • nConfiguration changes
  • nTest Scripts (ALM)
  • nImplementation
• nConduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• nStay up to date with the latest features and updates in SAP SuccessFactors and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• nProvide end-user training and support for LMS functionality and best practices.
• nServe as the primary technical point of contact for the SAP SuccessFactors Platform

nQualifications & Experience

• nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• n3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors technology, with a focus on LMS/HXM/IAS administration
• nStrong technical background with experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• nProficiency in SAP SuccessFactors technologies/modules, including HXM Suite, Identity Authentication Service and Learning Management.
• nExperience with LMS/HXM/IAS administration, including user management, security roles, workflows, and system integrations
• nKnowledge of learning technology content standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
• nFamiliarity with HRIS systems and data integration processes.
• nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• nContinuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in learning technology.
• nFamiliarity with other LMS (Workday Learning, Docebo, CornerStone, Sana, etc.)
