nProcess Overview*

nCredit center Initiative: Create integrated, consolidated, cross-business global lending and reporting platforms that simplifies and improves the end-to-end credit processes using salesforce.com, ETL, and Mule technologies. The Credit Center SIM, WC ADS and Loan Accounting (Loan IQ) programs are integral dependencies of the Wholesale Credit Transformation Strategy.

nJob Description*

nFollowing established written procedures, guidelines, and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project. Provides guidance and checks the work of less experienced associates.

nResponsibilities*

• Work with onsite team to determine needs and apply/customize existing technology to meet those requirements.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
• Maintain and support multiple projects and deadlines.
• Document and report application specifics.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Provide weekend on call support during application releases.

nRequirements*

nEducation*

• nB.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization).
• nCertifications If Any: Atleast PD 1.

nExperience Range*

• n04 to 08 Years.

nFoundational Skills*

• nProvide Story point estimates and design.
• nReview code and ensure governor limits are considered.
• nHave full accountability of team deliverables. Mentor Junior team members to scale up.
• nAt least 6-8 years of experience on salesforce.com platform.
• nWork experience on Mule or ETL Integration knowledge with at least 3 to 4 Integrations.
• nMust have handled a minimum of 3-4 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the force.com platform.
• nExperience of salesforce.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visual force etc. Knowledge of advanced visual force components, Chatter API etc.
• nGood knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
• nPreferably hold at least 1 Salesforce certification.
• nProven experience and attitude of Supporting Production releases resolved problems and ability to work odd hours to support the business demands.
• nExtensive experience working in Safe Agile and onsite/offshore model.
• nDeployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API.
• nBuild integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API.
• nDelivering projects based on Agile/XP methodologies.
• nGood understanding of the functional testing process, scenarios and what to expect from a testing sequence.
• nStrong Problem Identifying and solving ability.
• nAbility to understand and maintain existing automated scripts based on the specifications and validate that the solution provided meets the requirements and provide inputs.
• nKnowledge on any automation tool will be good.
• nExcellent communication skills.
• nHighly committed and ability to work in fast paced environment against tight deadlines.
• nAbility to work in international virtual teams and in matrix structures and being a good team player.
• nPrimary Technical Skills:

• nSoftware: Salesforce, Mule & ETL.
• nProgramming: Apex, Triggers and Administration, Mule & Informatica.
• nDatabase: RDBMS.

nDesired Skills*

• nUnderstanding of Credit Underwriting Technologies.
• nKnowledge of nCino.
• nKnowledge of ETL- Informatica.
• nExperience on Lightning implementations.
• nStrong analytical skills.
• nA proactive approach to problem solving and think innovatively.
