Job Description

Design, develop, maintain and support all software components across NorthStar product line
Manage the day to day activities of the direct reports and ensure this aligns with the team s priorities
Provide mentorship and training to direct reports
Ensure that the team deliveries high quality code on time
Provide detailed documentation in design, implementation, deployment, and repair decisions
Provide status reports on progress of activities within the development team
Perform performance reviews for direct reports and other
Ensure that the quality of the code produced by the team is consistently high
Conduct requirement discussions and development estimations for deliverables
Provide assistance to professional services and support teams
Provide resolution to defects and investigate and resolve production support incidents
Recommend and implement improvement to development, integration and support practices and processes
Apply configuration management, version control, best practices and standards

What we are looking for:

Experience with Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Tomcat, SQL Server, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS.
Handling Multi Browser Applications, SOAP/Restful web service
Good knowledge of multi-threading, file handling
Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low latency client-facing applications.
Strong Interpersonal skills to work with customers and internal teams to successfully complete projects
Good communication; written and spoken skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Quick Learner and should be ready to learn new technology
