The Ford Manufacturing Site IT is tasked with the primary support of IT operations across all global manufacturing locations, including Vehicle Assembly, Powertrain, Stamping, and Components. This role offers you the leadership of distributed teams aimed at ensuring seamless product flow across these facilities by utilizing our most recent IT solutions and innovations. What You Will Achieve as the IT Operations Analyst for the Sanand Manufacturing Site, you will oversee IT operations at the Sanand Engine Plant, the global export hub for the Panther Engine, renowned for its world-leading Cost Per Unit. Additionally, you will manage IT Operations for the Part Distribution Center, Regional Office, and Chennai Plant.
- Support IT Operations across Sanand Engine Plant and FIPL
- Understand Manufacturing process
- Work with CFT Teams across including PDO, ITO, Purchasing, Finance
- Work with various vendors.
- Implement latest technologies in Sanand Engine plant.

- Plant Floor Systems Applications understanding.
- ITIL/ ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity and Availability management
- Virtualization concepts, GCP Certification preferred.
- Day to Day activities
- Assists in troubleshooting of incidents, analysis, problem identification and service restoration for hardware, software and network components.
- Opens incident report, escalates incidents as appropriate (i. e. technology SME, application SME, and operations hierarchy) and follows resolution process.
- Performs monitoring of production systems, WAN, LAN or various types of hardware (i. e. , CPU, storage) using appropriate tools for incident detection
- Provides input for problem and root cause analysis.
- Assists in the planning of proposed software changes
- Perform software incident analysis and restoration duties under direction of technical support.
- Assists in the execution of application changes according to rigorous change control procedures.
- Assists in analyzing the usage of system resources (i. e. , CPU, storage, memory, applications) and assists in initiating actions to reallocate resources according to service level agreements.

- Review controls report as per controls calendar.
- Review/ Analyze capacity reports - CPU, Disk, Memory utilization, planning and forecasting

- Builds and maintains strong relationship with appropriate customer base and internal IT partners.
