Software Engineer

The role will involve

- Design and development of best in class SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting and Project Systems solutions using best practices.

- Facilitate requirements gathering, design, showcase workshops with customers to identify, validate, confirm, document customer requirements, changes, key design decisions etc.

- Prepare and deliver Business Process Design Documents/Configuration documents and Functional Specifications

- Work with Technical/ABAP consultants for any customizations, creation of FUT Scenarios and performing FUT.

- Coordinate and manage UAT testing process with customer from engagement to deployment

Experience in analysis, design, development, customization and implementation of SAP for End-to-End implementations, Rollouts and Production support project.

- Knowledge and practical experience of working as an FI consultant, Functional/technical proficiency with at least 1+ full lifecycle SAP implementation and 3+ years of industry and/or consulting experience;

- Analyzing business requirements, determining organizational structure, classifying business units/locations, determining company codes profitability centers, Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts;

- Experience in FI module configuration for Asset Accounting Organizational Structures, Master Data (Account Determination, Number Ranges, Asset Hierarchy, Asset Master and worklist), Asset Valuation, Business transactions specifically Acquisitions, AUC, Transfers, Retirements, Manual and Unplanned Depreciations and Periodic processing;

-Practical knowledge of configuring the requirements in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems and setting up the organizational structure;

-Working knowledge of creating Project Profiles, WBS elements, cost planning and budgeting. Hands on experience in configuring Materials Management processes/objects like Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders and integration with PS is a desired skill;

- Manage fixed asset acquisition, transfer, depreciation, period close, and reporting s related to AA and PS with SAP GUI and SAP Fiori; Knowledge of IFRS;

- Experience with SAP implementation projects for Manufacturing -minimum one project;

- Ability to use batch input (LSMW), SAP Query; Experience in PCF adds value

- Experience in the preparation of functional specifications for development with detailed technical descriptions (with BAPI, BADI specified);

- Hands on experience in Data Migration and Conversion of Asset Data from Non-SAP and SAP Applications to SAP S/4HANA

- Experience in integration with related modules (CO, FI-PS, MM);

- Experience in business user interactions (preparation and holding of meetings, approval of requirements);
- Knowledge of project management standards;
