Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team for our a Japan-based firm. This is a remote position open to candidates in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and basic knowledge of the Japanese language to facilitate collaboration with our team in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews and debugging processes.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Communicate effectively with team members, utilizing basic Japanese language skills when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

4+ years of experience in software development (Python, Java, C++, etc.).

Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Basic knowledge of Japanese (N5/N4 level or equivalent).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure).

Previous experience working with international teams.
