You will lead a team of motivated engineers to deliver critical projects for customers.
You'll collaborate with client engineers to understand requirements and ensure the highest quality implementation. You are expected to follow best practices in software engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver customer projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand and implement requirements.
- Follow industry-standard practices in software development.
- Report directly to the CTO.
- Access to tools, systems, and resources for success.
Technical Skills Required:
- 5+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a relevant field.
- Experience with customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Model and Canvas Apps.
- Proficiency in Dynamics CRM
- development, including plugins, C#, SQL, and web services.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Typescript scripting in Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in customizing entities and forms.
- Expertise in PCF control development.
- Experience with continuous deployment tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools like Power BI.
- Ability to create unit tests, log results, and manage continuous integration.
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions for development and deployment.
- Client project experience in Dynamics CRM development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building Model Driven
- Apps.
- Experience in configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM, Marketing, and Sales modules.
- Power Bl and Power Pages development experience.
- Microsoft certifications in any Dynamics 365 CRM module.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and project updates.
- Experience managing projects using
- Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Ability to hold conferences and meetings with client engineers.
Required Certifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.
