We are seeking a Java Software Developer. You will focus on transforming our application landscape by containerizing and automating processes, working primarily on the DCT application for DHL Express.
Responsibilities include Java development, application containerization, and automation, with an emphasis on building and supporting the DCT application, a key service for our express customers.
Our service handles millions of daily requests, offering capability choices and pricing details for nearly all DHL Express shipments.

As a Java Software Engineer, having experience with java coding is the must. Additionally experience with Openshift/Azure is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Jenkins will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of java programing, Git, Openshift/Azure, Tomcat, Oracle, Jira, Jenkins. You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
