Primary Responsibilities
On board of new clients across the products
Migration of clients from legacy platforms to unified platform
Responsible for hands-on development
Interact with Project Managers/Clients to obtain technical details regarding new requirements or change requests
Interact with internal resources and other stakeholders
Document process or procedures and maintain checklists
Ensure quality standards are met including attainment of appropriate test sign-off with QA and PMs.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 4 years of Programming experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience working in client implementations on .NET environment including experience with VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, XML
Strong scripting skills JavaScript, Alpaca forms, HTML
Strong database skills SQL Server, Postgres
Experience in Power BI, SSIS for designing client reports
Experience with using tools like TFS, Asana etc. for code and status tracking.
Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good team player with advanced interpersonal skills to coordinate activities with all stakeholders
A drive to learn quickly and constantly adapt to new challenges
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
Knowledge of development environments, including physical constraints and implementation considerations
The ability to learn new skills and new technologies quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good in understanding client priorities while working on multiple requests
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Certification (.NET/SQL Server) preferred but not essential
