Software Engineer (Barcode, XML)

• Barcode label and Shipping forms design
• Maintain Trading Partner content

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
• Design bar code labels and reports according to provided guidelines.
• Create XSLT transformation files according to the requirements.
• Investigate, analyse, and correct reported defects.
• Monitor automated test results from Jenkins and analyse them.
• Create and maintain technical documentation using approved technical documentation templates.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Good communication skills

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with XML - XSD - XSLT
• Java basics
• Good ERP Functional Knowledge
• Experience in writing Junit tests
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical specification documents.
• Ability to design reports according to published standards and design guidelines.
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
• A commitment to quality and attention to details.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• UG/PG degree in Computer Science or related area
• 3-6 years of software development experience
