As a senior people leader in the OCI Reliability group, you will be driving the creation of services ensuring the highest level of availability and reliability for OCI services and customers. We are building new technologies that automate the detection, diagnosis, and recovery for operational incidents in OCI global distributed cloud services. These are exciting times in our space - we are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. If you have a passion for solving difficult ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and strong technical experience leading such teams come and join us!
This role is based in Indian Time Zone (IDC), due to requirement to work closely with other teams and stakeholders in different locations across the globe.
