SAP OTC & CRM Consultant: Job Description & Responsibilities Position : 1 (Grade 11)
- Over 5+ years of experience in SAP SD OTC and SAP CRM.
- Self-Learner of understanding Ecolab SAP SD OTC and EDI functionality with very little guidance.
- Experience in understanding SAP pricing configuration in Sales Orders and Billing.
- Experience in SAP Output Management
- Experience in SAP ALE and IDOCs.
- Prepare timelines for digital partner onboarding projects, including development start, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and Hypercare support.
- Collaborate with external partners to collect business requirements and convert them into mapping documents based on the Ecolab business requirement.
- Collaborate with external partner and business users for the User Acceptance Testing.
- Work with MuleSoft Integration team and prepare mapping sheets, test data in development systems, unit test the maps in development systems.
- Work with the CAB team for CR approvals and coordinate with external partners for go-live activities based on the freeze calendar.
Convert EDIFACT and X12 messages to SAP ECC and SAP CRM IDOC formats and vice versa and prepare mapping sheet mainly for Orders, Order Confirmations, Billing and Advance Shipping Notifcation
