nJob Duties

• nBuild and lead a world class software development team
  • nIdentify the need for resources; work with India Recruiter to fill the positions as appropriate
  • nConduct QPCIs for Software Dev team, ensuring that each member has appropriate measures and targets in pace, to deliver projects on time, according to Pinnacle expectations
• nManage all the activities of the India software development group, including schedules, attendance, work product, quality, efficiency any all other aspects relating to team management
• nProvide day to day guidance to team members to encourage work productivity and quality
• nEnsures the timeline is followed by the software development team, in line with the US team (leadership)
• nParticipates in any product design sessions
• nMonitors, evaluates and ensures the completion of all tasks and projects
• nMonitors the status of developing software
• nAnalyze software requirements
• nEnsure that team is focused on quality and contributing to the long term maintainability of the software
• nWork closely with US Development, DevOps and QA team to understand the business demands and ensure that message is translated appropriately to the India team

nAccountabilities/Results/Success for this role

• nEnsure that products are developed on time, with Pinnacle standard quality and within cost utilizing the Software Development best practices set out by leadership

nRequired Qualifications/Skills/Competenciesn

• Bachelor's degree in software or computer engineering
• n10+ years experience working in a technology team with progressive growth
• n3+ years leading a team; accountable for the success of the team
• nStrong knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps
• nAdvanced knowledge of Agile Scrum
• nEnterprise software lifecycle experience
• nExceptional and proven leadership and communication skills

nPreferred Qualifications/Software knowledgen

• Enterprise SaaS Development
• nCertified Scrum Master PSM1
