Key Responsibilities:
- Solve complex problems and debug issues efficiently.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of backend services.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proven experience in providing technical direction and mentorship.
