You are proficient in all testing stages: requirements analysis, test planning, design, execution, QA reporting, production releases and analytics.
You are proficient in testing APIs using tools like Postman, RESTAssured, etc.
You have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to analyze business requirements and propose optimal solutions.
You have experience with test management/defect management tools and frameworks, e.g., Jira, Xray, etc. You know how to create Defect Filters, Defect Dashboard etc.
You have led QA deliverables for at least a few of your projects.
You should be able to review unit tests written by developers and point out the missing ones.
You should be also able to segregate the test cases in the test pyramid way.
You have experience in Test design for NFRs such as performance, security, accessibility
You have rich experience in designing test automation frameworks from scratch using open-source tools like Selenium Webdriver, Appium, Playwright etc.
You can evaluate/compare UI frameworks and recommend the best-suited framework for application under test
You are proficient in automating APIs using automation tools like Java Client libraries, Rest Assured and ability to integrate mock tools like Mockito.
You have experience in executing automated performance test scripts of API, UI and analyze the performance reports
You are familiar with CI/CD concepts like Build Pipeline, Release Pipeline and able to apply them in the project.
You are well versed in Scrum/Agile methodology.
You have excellent verbal and written communications skills. You possess the ability to effectively coordinate with various roles like Product, and Developers to get agreement on standards and SLAs.

Consistently manage timely testing and delivery of your tasks, especially in manual testing.
Possess an in-depth understanding of at least one programming language and framework.
Demonstrate a solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Actively engage in product discussions and contributes to refining acceptance criteria.
Attain a reasonable level of product knowledge and comprehend the technical architecture of the product.
Reduce self-dependency by creating concise documentation for stories and features upon delivery.
Conduct code reviews in alignment with the engineering handbook standards, which are considered valuable by your team.
