Job Description
- Define technology and operational strategy and supporting roadmaps
- Manage the design, development, and operations of the team.
- Recruit and continue to build out a capable and cohesive engineering team.
- Drive continuous improvement through the ability to see & understand the current state and future state
- Ability to translate and message impactful business stories that drive action
- Able to thrive in ambiguous situations, identify/create process, and governance where needed
- Own and drive strategies that optimize operational performance
- Identify, influence, and support key decision points that optimize customer experience
- Partner and maintain key relationships with Operations, Support, Product Management and Engineering organizations
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure key performance indicators and business performance
- Partner with teams to develop tools, dashboards & automation to deliver customer-centric innovation safely

Responsibilities

- Strong technical knowledge, which encompasses understanding data center systems, cloud technologies, and managing engineering resources
- Experience leading 24/7 operations teams

- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to apply independent and sound business judgment to solve complex issues.
- Works independently with minimal supervision required and can lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment, experience, and leadership skills.
- 10+ years leading complex technical/ engineering programs
