Job Description

Job description:

  • Understand the software requirements from the project manager/coordinator / sales executive.
  • Check the document received from the PM, understand the requirements and get all queries answered before starting the development.
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components.
  • Update daily tasks in the project management tool.
  • Ability to learn the new coding language

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of integration methods and APIs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects.
