Project Manager - Real Estate Software and System Integration- Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development and project management, particularly in the fields of real estate software, BIM, CIMS, and system integration.
Develop, test, and deploy software solutions for real estate applications, BIM, and CIMS.- Manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engg/Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field with a PGD in related field.- Proven experience in software development and project management.
Strong knowledge of real estate software, BIM, and CIMS.
- Experience with system integration and working with various software platforms in government organizations like MHADA, CIDCO etc.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
