We are looking for a Software Developer for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Software Developer, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee's strengths:
Work on a software development team to create and maintain internal and external business products
Perform end-user support on custom applications including Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and Sharepoint
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Manage bug fixes and feature requests and coordinate their implementation with our development team
Coordinate within a cross-departmental team to solve business problems
Work directly with customers, developers, and business analysts to meet functional product requirements
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and practices.

Does experience count
3+ years of experience preferred
Experience in C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, D365, GIT, REST APIs
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Development, Plugins, Web Resources) is a plus.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
