**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend systems using PHP and Laravel frameworks.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements developed using React.

- Design and manage database systems using MongoDB and ensure data consistency.

- Work with NodeJS to manage asynchronous operations and optimize application performance.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure it runs smoothly.

- Implement security measures to safeguard the integrity of applications and data.

- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

- Monitor and optimize server-side performance to ensure responsiveness.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- 4-5 years of experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.

- Expertise in NodeJS for server-side logic and API development.

- Solid understanding of React for front-end integration.

- Proficiency with MongoDB, including database design and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and DevOps practices is a plus.
