Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse is a pre-packaged analytical application offered to executive-level users. Content-packed analytical decks and data-rich visualizations are built on top of the Fusion Analytic Warehouse, geared towards helping executives make strategic & informed business decisions.

The development involves state-of-the-art technologies in a multi-tenant cloud-based application.

Expected Skills & Qualifications

  • At a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 10+ years of Software/Application development experience in design and development
  • Expertise in J2EE, web applications, microservices, and multi-tenant saas services
  • Proficient in programming languages/frameworks such as Java, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience with any cloud platform
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Advanced skills, particularly in cloud environments.
  • Experience in tuning backend and frontend applications.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example.
  • Proficient in ensuring code quality and maintainability.
  • Experience in AI/ML projects is a significant plus
  • Knowledgeable in best practices around software security.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Career Level - IC5

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Take ownership and drive the features from inception to production.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
  • Mentor junior developers

As a member of the software engineering division, you will also take an active role in defining and evolving standard practices and procedures. The work you'll engage in is non-routine and complex, requiring the application of advanced technical skills and deep expertise in specialized areas. You will play a leading role both as an individual contributor and as a team leader, providing direction and mentorship to others while ensuring high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.

You'll be tasked with driving high-visibility and high-impact projects, requiring a strong multidisciplinary background in operations, technology, and engineering. Effective engagement across cross-functional teams is essential, as you'll collaborate and influence critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Additionally, strong executive communication, customer engagement, and analytical skills are crucial, as you will be expected to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to leadership and stakeholders.
