Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for Storage, databases, applications, tools, networks, etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging, or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design, and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Work with architects to build new highly scalable storage and metadata database solutions.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent to work with subject matter experts of sub-components. Lead designs, and new architecture for storage projects and supervise other Junior-leads in their projects. Hand-in-glove with management and leadership in providing a technical perspective in making business decisions. Capable of liaison with key customers to have their storage and processing needs fully satisfied. Drives operational excellence within the organization.
