- BS/MS in computer science or other relevant technical degree with Senior role
- Full stack developer with 10+ years of experience in application development using Java/J2EE technologies and Any UI framework or development experience
- Hands-on Experience with Java, Spring, Spark, JMS, relational databases and SQL and scripting like python scripting.
- Experience designing/implementing & troubleshooting high performance Integration solutions using REST and microservices technologies like SpringBoot, Helidon or like frameworks
- Excellent object oriented programming, unit testing, debugging and code review skills, using tools like Test NG or Junit.
- Hands on Docker and Kubernates technologies for development and deployment. Experience on GIT, CI/CD pipeline and build tools like Maven
- Knowledge or experience on streaming services like Kafka and Data science knowledge on AI and Machine Learning is an added bonus.
- Good understanding of object oriented programming, unit testing, debugging and code review skills using Test NG or Junit
- Demonstrate analytic and problem-solving skills, particularly as it relates to application design, development and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of architecture patterns such as multi-tenancy, scalability, and federation, to build cloud-ready systems
- Ability to analyze, design and review the architecture with senior architect of the group, implement the prototypes.
- Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in highly complex existing applications and architectures
- Experience with high volume distributed application development in a SaaS environment
- Good knowledge of UI frameworks like Node JS, Angular, Typescript or others will be an added advantage.

- Acquire knowledge of existing code and refactor or re-engineer the code as needed to meet the needs of the evolving platform
- Inspires, mentors, and encourages colleagues to apply intelligently customized industry's best practices
- He or she must convince all relevant stakeholders that the chosen approach is sound moreover the chosen architectural solution must be well explained and justified
- Comfortable on handling ambiguity and contribute product requirement analysis and design with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of presenting to and influencing people from different groups and to senior management.
- A very good negotiator with all stakeholders and familiar with business domain and craft solutions is simple and practice
- Keep up to date on the latest technologies, framework and stay in touch with rapid evolution of the field
- Define new methodologies, practices, and tools to re-define the product and solution.
