We have dedicated Development, Quality and Product Management teams spread across the Oracle HQ and India Development Centre, working together as a single team across a wide spectrum of technologies involved in areas such as user experience, enterprise integration, business rules and workflow processing, mobile CRM and social CRM. As a member of the Core division, you will be working with world class engineers and QA engineers, engineering enhancements and new products for the platform and the framework, on which the CRM applications run in heterogeneous, distributed and large volume enterprise deployments.
Role Objective: Short Description about the Role
As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply intermediate to advanced knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. You will also build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. You will be working with the Product Management and the engineering leads, contributing to the analysis of the customer requirements and product specifications, and helping to come up with the mapped technical specifications. As a senior member of the team, you are also expected to pro-actively co-ordinate cross-team interactions as well as provide mentorship to the junior members.
Qualification
- 2 to 10 years of work experience in enterprise software product development
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer Science is preferred)
- Very strong experience in object oriented software development using latest Web technologies
Special Skills
- Experience in HTML5 and OJet web components.
- Expertise in development using Object Oriented Patterns.
- Expertise in HTML and CSS
- Expertise in building Javascript based solutions.
- Exposure / Experience in functional programming paradigms and dynamic programming languages (such as Javascript).
- Experience in building browser side components.
- Experience in implementing enterprise design patterns
- Experience in Agile Development Methods such as scrum
- Experience in Rational Clearcase
- Exposure to product release cycles, from concept to delivery
- Strong communication and people skills in working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative
