Senior Applications Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Applications Engineer to join our dynamic mobile development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing our application platform for our cloud-based enterprise products. Responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of developers in creating exceptional Web and Mobile platforms
• Mentor and guide a team of programmers, fostering their professional growth
• Oversee the development process, including builds, unit tests, and code reviews, ensuring the highest standards are met
• Build collaborative relationships with peers and developers across the organization to align with group and divisional objectives
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

Requirements:

• Genuine and extensive experience in mobile development for iOS platforms
• Deep understanding of mobile application performance and scalability, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences
• A degree in Engineering from a reputable institute
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated programming experience in product development, with a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions
• Proficiency in Objective-C and Swift programming languages (experience in Swift is a must)
• Expertise in Sqlite/Coredata database management
• Ability to work independently and mentor others, contributing to an agile and collaborative team environment
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in analyzing, designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for commercial or end-user applications
