Qualifications and Experience:Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in ES6 Javascript, ReactJS, Redux and TypeScript
  • Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3, including CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.
  • Experience with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Puppeteer.
  • Experience with responsive design and development, ensuring seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Experience with Git and distributed source control.
  • Preferred experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gradle, Npm, Yarn.
  • Experience with container-based deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive design.
  • Knowledge in performance optimization techniques for frontend applications.
  • Desirable: Backend experience with Node.js, Java, and Microservices.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with experience in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision.

Functional Skills

  • Design and implement intuitive and seamless customer experiences.
  • Experience with large Single Page Applications with complex state management.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Experience using ticket tracking systems such as JIRA.
  • Ability to quickly translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently on projects, even as designs evolve.
  • Passionate about learning and staying updated with new technologies and services.
  • Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate rapidly.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Significant plus: Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications
