Should have a good understanding of Cerner Millennium Architecture and Cerner Millennium Data Model. Should have Excellent knowledge on CCL (Cerner Command Language), Discern Explorer, Discern Visual Developer, and Olympus(preferred).Gather requirements and determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery. Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned time sensitive tasks. Develop and maintain good relationship with peers and client, provide timely feedback to encourage success. Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence. Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams. Readiness towards working in shifts.

Ability to perform query optimizations of Oracle level queries or CCL level queries.
Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner, mentor new associates and provide SME advice.
Perform complex fix, investigations, document notes, and knowledge articles.
Ability to estimate complex requirements and plan for completion of assignments and work.
