What you'll do
As a developer in one of our teams, you can further your career in different SDE positions while continuing to be strongly aligned with your passion for programming and software development. This team is responsible for modernizing Encompass Services development practices and corresponding infrastructures.
- Solid understanding of development environment and methodology and experience in multi-component modules.
- You'll complete feature work or maintenance successfully with minimal guidance from Senior members.
- Interact with the Product Owner and Architects in planning and grooming meetings about the feature's implementation/design.
- Implement the feature using required programming languages (EPM/Perl/Python/Golang, etc.). You'll be open to working on any programming language, not any specific one.
- Present your outcome to stakeholders, architects, and product management on sprint review day.
- Deliver the features with high quality.
- You'll provide coaching/mentoring to junior and newly hired developers.

- Tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of Software Development Experience is a must.
- Experience with scripting language experiences like Perl or Python is a must.
- Experience with OOP languages, like Core Java or C++, is mandatory.
- Experience in SQL with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.) is desired.
- Experience in working on any of the modern version control system, e.g., GIT is preferred.
- Experience in Singleview is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience using Unix/Linux environments to develop, deploy, and manage commercial applications is desired.
- Experience in the Go programming language (Golang) is desired.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum. Experience with scaled agile practices is favorable.
- Familiar with DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience with Azure Devops tool for work management is favorable.
- Exposure to the basics of AWS Cloud technology is preferable.
