Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Web Designer. As a Web Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our web and mobile applications. You'll also contribute to our digital marketing efforts by creating eye-catching designs and engaging content. If you're passionate about design, have a flair for creativity, and can bring ideas to life through visuals and animations, we'd love to hear from you!

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experiencein web and mobile app design.
• Proficiency inFigma,Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator), or other design tools.
• Strong understanding ofHTML,CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Basic knowledge ofJavaScriptfor implementing animations and interactions.
• Experience in creatinginteractive prototypes.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Ability to create short videos and graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A portfolio showcasing your best work in web and mobile app design.

Good to have Skills

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g.,Bootstrap,Tailwind CSS).
• Experience in designing for multi-device platforms (e.g., iOS, Android).
• Understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
• Familiarity withmotion graphics toolslike After Effects.
