Job description

Software asset Management(SAM):

Perform day to day tasks like Asset allocation, Reclaim, Retire, and update therelevant Systems as per deliverables and process in order to ensure Optimal License Utilization and Compliance.

Handling all software related requirements.

validating the licensing part for commercial software like MS, Adobe, Tableau, and all other commercial software.

Collectingsoftware requirementsfrom multiple infy location teams and raisingprocurement requestsfor new and AMC renewals.

Working on True-up for MS as well AMC process for other software's.

CollectMS requirements and usage detailsto process true-up for MS products.

Handling allSoftware AMC renewalto ensure no interrupt in software service.

Add the new software as SW Asset in the management portal.

Taking care of softwarenoncomplianceissue and ensure to close.

Allocating and de-allocating the software from theasset management portalas per requirement.

Collecting invoices from various vendors and processes for payment.

Raising the GRN and arrange the required Approval to finance team for payment.(Goods Receipting)

Handling Software related tickets and serve then as perSLA.

Handling softwarelicense-related issuesand resolve those.

Find out alternate open and freeware software to reduce commercial software usage.

Identify black, grey listed software to ensure no vulnerability.

Working in SAPme23nfor PO related updates

Coordinate With various teams to resolve all kind of software related issues.

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and share with management.

Skill Set:Any Bachelor BE/B.Tech degree with 3+ Years experience in Software Asset Management.
