Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of technical requirements for the Telematic Control Unit (TCU).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and document feature design and interfaces.
- Serve as the primary resource for product development, aligning design with business goals and priorities.
- Manage the prioritization and refinement of design work, working closely with development teams.
- Resolve system issues during the design phase and provide technical guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends in application development and connectivity.
- Define customer requirements for new connectivity features with business teams.
- Work with integration and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Create user stories and requirements to define feature functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in automotive electrical architecture and software-based systems design.
- Expertise in automotive connected systems, CAN bus architecture, and electrical component design.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud networks.
- Experience writing technical requirements, feature specifications, and creating architectural artifacts.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
- Excellent technical communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
