Volcanus is looking for Soft Skills Trainer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Assessment: Assess the soft skills needs of individuals or groups through surveys, interviews, or observation.
Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to the specific soft skills needs identified.
Workshops and Sessions: Conduct training workshops, coaching sessions, and seminars to improve soft skills in areas such as communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and time management.
Feedback and Evaluation: Provide constructive feedback to participants on their soft skills development and progress.
Customization: Adapt training programs to meet the unique needs of different audiences, such as students, employees, or specific industries.
Curriculum Design: Create or customize training curriculum and materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
Role-Playing: Facilitate role-playing exercises and simulations to practice and develop soft skills.
