- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, preferably in the healthcare BPO industry
- In-depth knowledge of soft skills training methodologies and techniques
- Strong understanding of the healthcare BPO industry and its unique requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly
