Responsibilities

• Design and implement soft skills training programs for professionals in various industries
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for groups and individuals
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Provide coaching and feedback to individuals to help them improve their communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop new training materials and programs

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• 5-15 years of experience in soft skills training or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with professionals at all levels
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Ability to assess and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training tools and software
• Certification in soft skills training or related field is a plus
