Role Description:

As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and emotional intelligence of individuals. You will develop customized content, and foster a positive learning environment that play a pivotal role in shaping the success of others.

Principle Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

- Develop and deliver engaging training modules that enhance key soft skills.

- Assess training needs to tailor programs to specific requirements.

- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, exercises, and handouts.

- Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions, ensuring active participation and effective learning.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback/ assessments, and adjust content as needed.

- Equip individuals with practical tools and techniques to improve their interpersonal skills, confidence, and overall effectiveness.

- Provide actionable feedback to support continuous personal and professional development.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methods and materials.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of soft skills training

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Expertise in instructional design

- Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including virtual training platforms.

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Ability to develop and implement assessments to measure training effectiveness.

- Knowledge of coaching techniques and motivational strategies.

- Passionate about helping others grow and succeed.

Qualification:

Post Graduate degree in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, Human Resource or a related field preferred. Certification in training or coaching is a plus.

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or a similar role with a focus on soft skills development.
