Soft Skills Trainer for Student Development
As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to help students enhance their professional skills and prepare for the job market. Your primary focus will be on equipping students with essential soft skills in areas such as resume building, LinkedIn optimization, personality development, grooming, and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and interactive training modules on resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, personal branding, professional etiquette, and interview skills.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to help students improve their communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Assess individual student strengths and weaknesses, and tailor the training content to address their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Collaborate with the career services team to align the soft skills training with the institution's placement and employability goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills development to continuously improve the training curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- EDTECHBackground
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as human resources, psychology, or education.
- 4 +years of Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or a background in career counselling, coaching, or corporate training.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in areas such as resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, personal branding, and interview preparation.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
